Horyond Agency is the agency I founded and chair: websites, e-commerce, SaaS, mobile apps. Its promise fits in one sentence: we build your tools, and we stay.

Many agencies deliver, then disappear. With us, every project comes with long-term support: hosting, security, backups, support, improvements, and a dashboard where the client sees where their project stands.

Keeping that promise for a handful of clients can be done from memory. Beyond that, it can't. That is why we are building our portal, the tool that will run the agency. One rule guides it: one organisation, one single record, from first contact to supported client. It will do four things:

• find the right companies and keep track of every exchange;
• go from prospect to client without copying anything again;
• follow the money: subscriptions, contracts, late payments;
• watch over what we delivered: is it online, up to date, easy to find on search engines.

And the bet that changes everything: others ask you to sign before you see, we will show first. For a small business, we will build its real website before it even signs, with its own content, and it will discover it on a private link.

Useful support rather than a commitment you endure, no black box, and the client keeps ownership of their domain name.
